Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actor and singer. The most famous of her roles is her theatre work and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland, and is a resident of Holland ever after. She is a Dutch American vocalist, actress with an accent that is distinctly Dutch accent. The most well-known part of her career is as a recurring character on That's So Raven. She appeared in 14 different projects that included TV videos and short films. Shalom Sesame Divorce is one of her most notable credits. It's Raven And The Musical. She also made her appearance in numerous theatre works. Anneliese van der Pol, a Dutch American actress and singer-dancer is well known for her character as Chelsea Daniels in That's So Raven. After her first career in musical theatre, she became famous for her character as Chelsea Daniels on That's So Raven a role she reprises in its sequel called Raven's home. Van der Pol also has a career as a singer and has recorded a number of songs for The Walt Disney Company. Her Broadway debut came in 2007, and she performed Off Broadway in 2009. The following year, she appeared in Jason Friedberg's and Aaron Seltzer's vampire parody film Vampires Suck. van der Pol landed a role as the snarky Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven in 2003. The show starred her alongside Raven-Symone O'Brien as well as Kyle Massey. To this date Chelsea Daniels remains to be one of Van der Pol's most well-known and recognizable characters in the eyes of both adults and children. The actress received high praise for her ability in portraying an outgoing and uninhibited persona that was initially viewed as impossible due to her role in more serious films earlier in her career. In 2006 she was the voice of Heather on Kim Possible. It was among the first actresses to role as a voice actor. Van der Pol who portrayed Ronnie in the 2011 Disney Channel Original Shake It Up series, also happens to be a singer. As for music, van der Pol has recorded several songs for Walt Disney Records including a collaboration with Raven-Symone, and Orlando Brown on the theme song from That's So Raven for the soundtrack of the series. Over It also appeared on the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck Suburbs soundtrack. Van der Pol was a part of the Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars together with whom she recorded pop/R&B renditions of the Lion King's Circle of Life and Cinderella's The Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, for special editions of the films. She recorded a cover of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for the issue Disneymania. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's performed many songs which were included in the production soundtrack. A song that she recorded is her famous A Change in Me.
